Implementation Consultant

Location: Remote within California, United States, excluding the Bay Area

Base pay range: $36.5–$49.5 per hour in Sacramento

What you will do

• Consult with hirify.global Enterprise Suite customers to assess business needs, financial processes, and existing systems.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, including accounting, payroll, payments, configuration, data migration, and integrations.
• Manage multiple complex customer implementations and engagements toward timely platform adoption.
• Train customers and their teams on IES features, tools, reporting, and best practices.
• Configure IES for multi-entity companies and support accurate consolidated financial reporting.
• Resolve implementation issues with product support, professional services, sales, and customer success teams while relaying feedback to product and engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and/or an active tax credential such as Enrolled Agent or CPA.
• Availability for at least 30 hours per week across five days, Monday through Friday.
• At least 5 years of experience in software implementation or consulting, preferably with financial software.
• Advanced hands-on experience with hirify.global Enterprise Suite, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payroll, and Payments.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including at least 3 years of direct experience with multi-entity companies.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple customer engagements, troubleshoot issues, and explain technical concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• QuickBooks certification.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop.
