Business Consultant (Payroll and Tax)

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX; office attendance required on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Compensation: USD 19.23–26.25 per hour

What you will do

• Complete training and provide client consultations by phone and email.
• Handle at least 40 inbound calls from household employers and employees.
• Advise clients on payroll, tax, labor law, and employment-related questions.
• Manage accounts, implement changes, and follow up with clients.
• Process urgent notices and inform clients when action is required.
• Support other departments, report client feedback, and contribute to team projects.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of related client service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to meet daily and weekly performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented approach, adaptability, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, particularly in business, economics, or government.
