I & E Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and facility maintenance activities.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and calibration.
• Repair pumps, piping systems, motors, valves, and other production equipment.
• Support facility projects including site preparation, drain cleaning, concrete work, and minor construction.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance practices.
• Ability to safely use common maintenance and trade tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow maintenance procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with rotating schedules and safely handle maintenance materials and equipment.

Nice to have

• Technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience in chemical, manufacturing, food, beverage, or industrial production environments.
• Exposure to PLCs, instrumentation, motor controls, variable frequency drives, or welding.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
