What you will do

• Acquire and onboard new VIP and institutional customers while owning individual sales targets.
• Build trust and maintain relationships with global institutional and VIP clients.
• Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and track their status and progress.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide customer service solutions.
• Develop new customer acquisition methods using data-driven insights and experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or finance.
• Experience with sales roles, targets, and customer acquisition.
• Proactive approach to identifying, engaging, and building relationships with high-potential prospects.
• Strong communication, client management, relationship maintenance, and sales skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, accept feedback, and adapt approaches.
• Willingness to take on targets from the first day and deliver results.
