Partner Relationship Manager (Fintech)

Location: UAE and the Middle East and North Africa region; remote work is available.

What you will do

• Identify, attract, onboard, retain, and expand relationships with new and existing partners.
• Build and manage a portfolio of mid- to high-level company partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact, resolve partner issues, and support partners in achieving their business objectives.
• Develop market strategies and coordinate initiatives with marketing, loyalty, and events teams.
• Represent the company at expos, conventions, training sessions, and seminars, including occasional short-term travel.
• Help partners increase trading volume in USD and consistently exceed management-defined KPIs.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, and/or business development within a financial services company, working for the Egypt market.
• Experience achieving results in international markets.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, global, and multilingual environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with retail and institutional clients at all organizational levels.
• Leadership skills and a broad vision for business development.
• High integrity, professionalism, dependability, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
