Lead Java Developer (Full Stack)

What you will do

• Partner with product owners to deliver applications, features, capabilities, and testing scenarios.
• Lead a team developing modular, scalable, and robust code for customer-facing applications and backend systems.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across full-stack technologies.
• Contribute code to multi-platform systems through local builds, deployments, and CI/CD environments.
• Conduct design and code reviews while promoting engineering standards, architecture practices, and Agile norms.
• Coach junior developers and collaborate with developers, architects, business partners, product owners, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading Java full-stack development.
• Expertise with JavaScript and front-end frameworks.
• Experience with scalable software design, coding standards, testing, and code reviews.
• Knowledge of REST, JSON, XML, relational or NoSQL databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to work across Agile teams and contribute to CI/CD environments.
