Project Manager II - National Industrial (Industrial)

Location: Minneapolis, MN or Austin, TX; travel to project sites 35–40% required

Annual salary: $105,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Manage project schedules, cost projections, contracts, status reports, budgets, and profit projections.
• Lead construction progress meetings and support jobsite coordination meetings.
• Oversee design development and prepare bid documents.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts.
• Coordinate with owners and clients, superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and internal support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
• 6+ years of successful commercial construction project management experience in a design-build environment.
• Experience managing commercial projects valued between $1 million and $75 million.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Employment verification to work in the United States and availability to travel 35–40% to project sites.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living, or multifamily construction.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
