GBS Manager, Global Project Management

hirify.global is a global food and beverage company establishing a Global Business Services project management office.

What you will do

• Lead complex global GBS transition, transformation, and software implementation projects from concept through final implementation.
• Select and tailor Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies for enterprise projects.
• Build project structures, charters, scopes, milestones, budgets, communications, and closure plans.
• Coordinate vendors, integrate vendor deliverables into consolidated project plans, and evaluate vendor performance.
• Identify dependencies, risks, conflicts, and roadblocks, coordinating timely resolution and escalation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders through influence, engagement, and clear communication.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in PMO, project, program, portfolio, or SAFe management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• Experience with GBS transition management, business or solution development, project management, and project delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• MBA, change management experience, or experience with PPM tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or MS Project.
• Project management experience in the food and beverage industry or Global Business Services organizations.
