Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the full product design process, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and usability testing.
• Partner directly with founders and engineers to solve ambiguous product problems and create practical, elegant solutions.
• Interview early customers, observe their workflows, and translate insights into product decisions.
• Design and ship features while anticipating how the product will evolve as the company scales.
• Make realistic design and engineering tradeoffs based on implementation scope.
• Contribute to brand and marketing surfaces when needed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a product designer.
• Experience shipping full applications end-to-end, ideally as a founding, early, or lead design hire.
• Full-stack design capability spanning user research through pixel-perfect UI.
• Strong Figma skills and sufficient HTML/CSS fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Builder mentality with a preference for prototyping and testing over lengthy specifications.
• Ability to structure undefined problems, work independently, and identify opportunities for impact.
