Senior Principal Program Manager, GTM PMO

Location: Denver, CO, USA

Salary: $124,000–$221,430 annual base salary for U.S.-based roles; offers may exceed this range and may include bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead complex, highly visible go-to-market transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Technology to deliver organizational initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
• Build integrated program plans and governance covering milestones, risks, dependencies, operating cadences, and executive reporting.
• Manage cross-program interdependencies, resolve blockers, and support timely executive decision-making.
• Develop PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices for transformation execution.
• Coach and mentor program managers supporting strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic program management, transformation leadership, strategy and operations, PMO leadership, or go-to-market transformation.
• Experience managing complex, enterprise-scale programs across multiple business domains.
• Ability to influence without authority and align senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience with VP- and executive-level leaders.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.
