Focus on troubleshooting level 3 incidents, developing audit queries and test scripts, managing access controls, and improving HR processes and system usability.

What you will do
- Support the design, maintenance, administration, and enhancement of the Human Capital Management System.
- Manage HCMS activities for labor acquisitions and conversions, including data review, cleanup, communications, and production file processing.
- Maintain organization and supervisor hierarchies and troubleshoot related configuration and downstream issues.
- Administer HCMS workflows, investigate failed workflow items, and identify configuration improvements.
- Review user access requests, maintain security documentation, and protect HR data confidentiality and integrity.
- Support upgrades, testing, audits, ServiceNow incidents, knowledge articles, and collaboration with payroll and other system owners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience managing Human Capital Management Systems in an HR or technical support function.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS design, structure, functions, and processes.
- Experience with data manipulation, data cleanup, discrepancy research, reporting, and report development.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, especially Excel and advanced functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and independent-work skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Business Objects reporting tools.
- Knowledge of HR functional areas.
