Business Process Specialist

What you will do

• Serve as the functional process subject matter expert across the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Partner with planning, buying, sourcing, and product development leaders to identify improvements and define future-state process roadmaps.
• Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement projects, including planning, risk management, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate working sessions, build consensus, and coordinate stakeholders across Product, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Merchandising.
• Support change management, rollout adoption, post-implementation monitoring, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in process improvement, operations, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related functional area.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives and managing project plans.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, risk management, stakeholder communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including working with multiple data sources and complex formulas.
• Ability to understand end-to-end business processes quickly and make data-driven decisions.
