Salesforce Consultant - Systems Implementation Advisory (Salesforce)

Location: Remote in the USA, Texas; ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours required

Salary: $64,990–$123,230 annually

What you will do

• Develop Salesforce technical solutions, including objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Pages, apps, and Flow automation.
• Configure Salesforce architecture, automation, security settings, Clouds, connected apps, and AppExchange applications.
• Build analytics such as roll-up fields, formula fields, and record-level reports.
• Implement databases, custom applications, proprietary integrations, and connected business applications.
• Document client requirements, data models, system architecture, technical decisions, and recommended solutions.
• Lead client discovery calls, technical reviews, regular touchpoints, and client training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of relevant experience; management or technology consulting experience is preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201).
• Full proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Experience implementing databases, building custom Salesforce applications, and translating complex logic into simple decision models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and SharePoint; ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours.

Nice to have

• Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant certification.
• Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (Admin 211).
• Management or technology consulting experience.
