Facility Maintenance Engineer

Location: Huzhou, China; onsite facility-based role

Annual salary: RMB 90,000–130,000

hirify.global, together with Traxit (Huzhou) Lubrication Co. Ltd., operates a facility requiring equipment and building maintenance.

What you will do

• Maintain company equipment and diagnose and repair issues based on maintenance orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance, daily inspections, and hands-on repair tasks to reduce downtime and keep machines in good condition.
• Complete traceable maintenance and repair documentation and records.
• Coordinate spare-parts procurement, acceptance, inventory checks, and urgent material requests.
• Manage suppliers, maintain the qualified supplier list, and improve supplier safety awareness.
• Support technological improvements, equipment and building acceptance processes, 5S standards, and environmental-factor assessments.

Requirements

• Technical school education or higher.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional knowledge of mechanical equipment and component installation, repair, and maintenance, especially motors, pumps, doors, and valves.
• Skilled in using drilling, cutting, polishing, and similar machines.
• Strong organization, analytical ability, independent working style, and structured approach.
• Good time management, service orientation, Microsoft Office skills, and ability to work under pressure.
