Senior Facility Engineer (HVAC)

What you will do

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems, including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, air-conditioning units, MAUs, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, and waste gas treatment systems.
• Maintain cleanroom environmental conditions, including particle, temperature, and humidity control.
• Operate and maintain high-voltage power supply systems, transformers, distribution cabinets and switches, and lighting.
• Maintain and improve the building management system.
• Collect and analyze energy data, lead energy cost reduction projects, and support renewable energy replacement initiatives.
• Implement facility improvement projects and prepare or update operation and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering; HVAC specialization is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in facility operations or project management.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical power systems, air compressors, process cooling water, building management systems, and cleanroom management.
• Good teamwork, cooperation, patience, and communication skills.
• Good written and reading English skills are required, including the ability to prepare English-language documents.
• Experience in a joint venture or foreign manufacturing company, especially in photoelectronics manufacturing, is preferred.
