Senior R&D Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Onsite in Suzhou, China

What you will do

• Lead the non-active medical device R&D team in Suzhou.
• Develop and implement innovative product strategies for interventional therapy in collaboration with global, clinical, business, and external partners.
• Manage daily project progress and deliver development activities according to project plans.
• Build team capabilities and strengthen R&D performance.
• Establish transparent communication and efficient collaboration with market and manufacturing teams to accelerate new product development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in non-active medical device development.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Experience independently or as a team leader completing interventional product development from initiation to launch, including Class II or Class III products.
• Good spoken and written English.
