Salary: $105,000–$135,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead intricate process designs, including multidisciplinary integrations, advanced piping layouts, and comprehensive system diagrams.
• Develop and enforce company-wide standards for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers and support their professional development.
• Collaborate with clients to refine deliverables, address feedback, and align designs with project objectives.
• Adopt new tools, technologies, and processes to improve design efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements

• Degree in drafting or technical computer-aided drafting from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of process design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Navisworks, and other modeling tools.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Experience managing teams, providing technical mentorship, incorporating client feedback, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
