Project Architect (Aviation)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; occasional travel required.

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 annually, plus a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead aviation architecture projects through all design phases and construction administration.
• Guide design teams on terminal, lounge, baggage systems, support space, and maintenance facility projects.
• Coordinate construction documents with project teams, engineers, consultants, and builders.
• Ensure client satisfaction, code compliance, design quality, and constructability.
• Build client relationships and partner with the Project Manager on schedule, budget, staffing, and risk.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to practice, culture, process, integration, and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant architecture and design experience focused on aviation projects.
• Current Registered Architect license.
• Experience executing multiple complex projects and understanding building and accessibility codes.
• Competence with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written, spoken, presentation, client communication, and relationship-development skills.
