Designer II (Architecture)

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do

• Create coordinated design documentation for construction in collaboration with clients, architects, design project managers, developers, construction teams, and consultants.
• Develop complete design document sets across project phases, from programming through construction administration.
• Apply building codes, design principles, detailing, documentation, and constructability requirements.
• Develop finish and material selections aligned with aesthetic, budget, and functional goals.
• Lead and participate in design, consultant, and project team meetings while resolving technical issues and scope deviations.
• Direct, supervise, and mentor junior staff and contribute to annual goals, business plans, and QA/QC processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a related role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a relevant technical degree.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, BIM tools, building codes, documentation, and constructability.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Employment verification and authorization to work in the United States are required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Enscape, SketchUp, and Bluebeam.
• LEED AP and/or WELL AP certification.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams.
