Human Resource Office/Training Manager (Fashion, Grocery, Import, Regional, Returns, Sam's, Wm.Com) (Retail)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; onsite at 5135 S Dale Mabry Highway.

Annual salary: $65,500–$98,000, plus possible performance bonuses and Regional Pay Zone compensation.

What you will do

• Manage daily HR office functions, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll, recruiting, staffing, and employee-related concerns.
• Implement staffing plans, schedules, workload assignments, and training requirements to support facility goals.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation, CBL modules, web-based training, and virtual classroom programs for distribution and transportation associates, drivers, and managers.
• Maintain HR documentation, systems, confidentiality, policy compliance, and supporting procedures.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, evaluate, and develop associates and leaders while supporting hiring and promotion activities.
• Monitor quality, safety, ethics, and compliance with Walmart logistics policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus one year of supervisory experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Alternative qualification paths include two years of Walmart Logistics management experience, two years of supervisory experience including one year managing HR processes, or one year of Walmart Stores HR experience.
• Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments is mandatory.
• Experience with HR processes, supervision, and training coordination is required for applicable qualification paths.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office and Walmart Logistics Systems experience.
• Training and facilitation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
• PHR or SPHR certification.
