Regional Human Resources Manager (Logistics)

Location: Miami, United States; On-site

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is a rapidly growing Los Angeles-based technology and logistics company building operational infrastructure for autonomous and non-autonomous rideshare fleets.

What you will do

• Partner with site and regional leaders on workforce planning, driver retention, team performance, and manager enablement.
• Drive consistent People practices, policies, and manager behaviors across multiple locations.
• Provide hands-on support for scheduling, attendance, performance issues, onboarding, leave management, and payroll alignment.
• Support the launch and scaling of new markets by establishing HR infrastructure from day one.
• Handle first-line employee relations matters, including documentation, investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
• Build and report on people metrics such as turnover, attendance, engagement, and corrective actions, using insights to improve systems and processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a People Partner or HR Manager, ideally supporting large non-exempt teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience supporting multi-location environments and coaching frontline and mid-level managers.
• Strong knowledge of wage-and-hour laws, break rules, scheduling laws, and labor compliance across multiple states.
• Strong process management and data accuracy skills, with clear documentation habits.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across all organizational levels.
