TL;DR
Specialist Sales Support (Automotive): Supporting APAC sales operations through pricing and LTA tracker updates, contract management, SAP sales-order administration, and reporting with an accent on automotive sales processes and regional coordination. Focus on maintaining pricing data, creating and updating SAP sales documents, reviewing contracts, and preparing customer and internal sales materials.

Location: Wuxi, China; onsite

What you will do

  • Collect and update the APAC Additional Pricing Tracker and LTA tracker monthly.
  • Coordinate with plant controlling and Global Sales Reporting on accrual topics.
  • Manage APAC contracts in the Ortis system.
  • Provide sales support to the COEMs team and assist account managers supporting BYD, SAIC, Changan, and other customers.
  • Create SAP sales agreements and sales orders for the Chongqing plant and regularly update Ford Thailand sales agreement pricing.
  • Draft customer notification letters, prepare internal reporting presentations, and compare contracts.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in the automobile industry.
  • Familiarity with sales processes.
  • Experience operating SAP Sales functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Nice to have

  • Power Query and Power BI skills.
