Sales Engineer (Industrial Coatings)

Location: China; travel is required for customer visits and events.

What you will do

• Build strong relationships with existing key customers, handle orders, and expand customer business.
• Develop hard chrome customers in China.
• Develop electroless nickel customers in China, including HP, MP, and LP applications.
• Combine technical expertise with communication and sales skills throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or a related role.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel as required for customer visits and events.
