Sales Service Representative (Flavors & Fragrances)

What you will do

• Process customer inquiries, complaints, samples, and orders accurately through internal systems.
• Coordinate sample preparation with sales and technical teams and follow up on customer trials.
• Support order entry, confirmation, delivery coordination, and revenue realization.
• Monitor at-risk orders and resolve first-level delivery or documentation issues, escalating quality and technical issues when needed.
• Maintain structured records of samples, orders, customer issues, and resolutions.
• Support sales targets by removing execution barriers and improving customer and pipeline visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Strong written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and customer service skills.
• Solid proficiency in Excel and an understanding of system logic.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to work accurately with operational data.
• Problem-solving ability, a results-driven mindset, and effective teamwork.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SAP systems.
• Experience with forecasting and statistical tools.
• Customer orientation and a continuous improvement mindset.
