Product Owner (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid position based in Stockholm, Sweden, with flexibility for remote work arrangements

What you will do

• Translate the high-level product roadmap into quarterly OKRs and actionable technical goals with the Head of Product.
• Own and prioritize the development backlog, conduct product discovery, and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Bridge development, design, senior leadership, and commercial stakeholders by communicating requirements, progress, and delivery risks.
• Define and monitor KPIs and analytics tracking, using testing and user feedback to drive iterative product improvements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and provide final sign-off for features and products.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor the marketplace to identify opportunities for product differentiation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with proven backlog management and grooming skills.
• Strong user experience sensibilities and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive, user-centered product designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for working with technical teams and senior commercial stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Stockholm, Sweden, with remote work flexibility.

Nice to have

• Experience with Web3, blockchain, or DeFi protocols.
• Experience with crypto wallet integrations and smart contract interactions.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Customer.io and Smartico.
• Experience defining or building AI/ML-enabled products, including personalization engines, CMS enhancements, predictive analytics, or marketing tools.
• Passion for decentralized technology and transparency and fairness in gaming.
