Location: Stockholm, Sweden; office-first with some remote work possible

What you will do
- Own ’s integration platform, connectors, roadmap, and backlog.
- Deliver reliable, scalable, maintainable, and easy-to-configure connectors for financial and operational systems.
- Translate needs from Product, Tech, Customer Success, and partners into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the development team throughout delivery and act as the internal integration expert.
- Lead the development of an AI-first integration platform that reduces manual effort in building, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with integrations and data flows, for example as an Integration Specialist, Integration Consultant, Data Engineer, or BI Developer.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, data flows, authentication, data mapping, and transformation.
- Experience working closely with software developers and technical teams.
- Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear technical and product requirements and to challenge technical solutions.
- Curiosity about AI-assisted tools and how AI can reshape integration development.
- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience with integration platforms, iPaaS, data integration or ETL tools, ERP, or business systems.
- Previous Product Owner experience.
- Experience designing reusable connectors and integration frameworks.
- Experience in a SaaS or B2B software company or with financial data and finance-system integrations.
