Product Owner

Location: Stockholm, Sweden, with the option to work from home or the office.

What you will do

• Act as Product Owner on client projects across Europe, working with teams developing backend systems, API platforms, IAM solutions, frontend applications, and components.
• Own product roadmaps using customer feedback, data analysis, stakeholder input, and team input.
• Break roadmaps into prioritized and planned subcomponents using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and participate in technical decision-making.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s internal ventures and products, including financial and insurance brokerage platforms.
• Support company development through knowledge sharing, workshops, client calls, recruitment improvements, and team events.

Requirements

• Technical affinity and sufficient technical knowledge to participate in development team discussions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technology and business teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and implementation steps.
• Driven approach and focus on improving products and getting things done.
• Fluent Swedish and professional proficiency in English.
