Technical Coordination Lead (TCL) 3D Modeling (all genders) (BIM/3D Modeling)

What you will do

• Define and enforce 3D modeling governance, including naming conventions, Level of Development requirements, and modeling protocols.
• Act as the primary BIM interface between hirify.global, the PMC BIM team, and the engineering contractor.
• Lead clash detection sessions, inter-discipline reviews, and 30%, 60%, and 90% IFC model review milestones.
• Ensure the federation, quality, currency, and data integrity of piping, structural, equipment, HVAC, electrical, and other discipline models.
• Track technical coordination issues, maintain the interface register, and monitor resolution of open points.
• Oversee as-built model alignment and review technical deliverables, deviations, and change requests.

Requirements

• Degree in civil, structural, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Dedicated BIM or 3D model coordination experience with engineering coordination, technical leadership, or project management experience.
• BIM or 3D modeling certification.
• Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical engineering.
• Experience leading inter-discipline reviews and resolving technical conflicts across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required.
