TL;DR
Special Projects Lead, Beckett (Operations): Turning high-priority operational challenges and strategic ideas into executable initiatives across production, process improvement, technology, customer experience, facilities, and new business opportunities with an accent on workflow analysis, cross-functional coordination, and operational measurement. Focus on leading loosely defined problems from discovery through implementation, translating operational needs into technical requirements, and building repeatable special-project processes.

Location: Plano, Texas; onsite five days per week, with occasional business travel.

Salary: $67,000–$75,000 per year, with possible bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

  • Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, and employee experience across operations.
  • Analyze end-to-end workflows, bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and opportunities for standardization or automation.
  • Lead loosely defined initiatives from discovery through planning, implementation, measurement, and handoff.
  • Coordinate projects across Operations, Customer Service, Product, Technology, Finance, HR, and Facilities.
  • Develop workflows, SOPs, process documentation, success metrics, and operational reporting.
  • Translate operational needs into business requirements and support system implementations through rollout and post-launch evaluation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive operations experience in production, manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, warehouse, or service operations.
  • Experience leading operational improvements, implementations, or cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong skills in operational metrics, data analysis, workflow evaluation, organization, and accountability management.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, or Operational Excellence experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred; Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Engineering education is a plus.
