What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a multicultural IT team while managing performance and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Own end-to-end services for SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other critical ERP applications, ensuring functionality and timely incident resolution.
• Define and optimize IT service standards, operational guidelines, and architectural frameworks aligned with global IT strategy.
• Design and document business processes and functional specifications, translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee integrations, cloud services, scalability, releases, demand planning, and change management activities.
• Plan and deliver complex ERP projects while managing stakeholders, vendors, hosting providers, and implementation partners.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• Significant leadership experience, ideally as an SAP Team Lead for a multicultural team.
• Strong knowledge of SAP application portfolios, ITIL, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and ownership skills.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
