What you will do

• Achieve individual and store sales goals while delivering a high-quality guest experience.
• Oversee timepiece sales performance, promotions, incentives, product launches, visual displays, and merchandising.
• Develop expert knowledge of timepiece brands and train team members on product features, value, warranties, services, and procedures.
• Coordinate vendor training, e-learning completion, and incentive submissions.
• Work with the management team on training plans, recruiting, scheduling, performance reviews, and team-member support.
• Handle guest complaints, security concerns, loss-prevention procedures, and management responsibilities when required.

Requirements

• Meet at least three of five performance standards, including sales performance.
• Hold DCA certification and have no Code of Conduct written counseling within the previous six months.
• Have at least six months of experience with Signet or comparable experience with another company.
• Complete the Minimum Training Requirements module and pass the associated quiz.
• Demonstrate leadership, analytical thinking, planning, delegation, communication, training, and supervisory abilities.
• Be able to stand for long periods, move among display cases, handle merchandise, and lift up to 10 pounds.
