Sr. DevOps Engineer, Environment, Social, and Governance (Azure)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with the option to work from home two days per week and regular office attendance

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate Azure cloud solutions for data and analytics use cases.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, workflows, data lakes, and Power BI dashboards.
• Use Python, PySpark, Spark, SQL, and Azure Databricks for data processing and platform development.
• Drive CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices to improve reliability and delivery speed.
• Lead Agile delivery, including backlog ownership and sprint execution.
• Manage and mentor engineers while partnering with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues and scale solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in DevOps, software engineering, or data platform engineering.
• Experience working with a cloud environment such as Azure, GCP, or AWS, with strong knowledge of Azure DevOps practices.
• Experience with Databricks, Databricks Jobs, Spark engineering, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards and improving analytics UX/UI.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, Scrum ceremonies, and tools such as Jira.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, plus experience with Power Automate and PowerApps.
