DevOps Engineer (Azure/Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Build, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Git-based workflows.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform and GitOps methodologies for infrastructure and application manifests.
• Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, primarily Azure Kubernetes Service, for scalability and resilience.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization solutions.
• Establish and maintain monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Thanos to support availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with software development teams and other groups to streamline releases, improve deployment speed, and resolve technical problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a DevOps course/boot-camp qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and scripting with Bash or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies and concepts, and with tracking and logging tools.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
