Software Engineer, DevSecOps (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; 70/30 work model with 70% in-office collaboration

What you will do

• Build and evolve automation for the internal developer platform using Python, TypeScript, GitHub Actions, Pulumi, Docker, AWS, JFrog, and vendor APIs.
• Partner with application engineering teams to migrate workloads onto standardized and secure platform capabilities.
• Design and maintain remote developer workspace infrastructure, reusable templates, container configurations, base images, and onboarding documentation.
• Improve platform reliability through monitoring, alerting, dashboards, runbooks, and automation that reduces operational toil.
• Develop internal documentation, implementation examples, and paved-road guidance for consistent platform adoption.
• Integrate MCP-style capabilities, package internal engineering tools, support AI agents, and improve AI-assisted software development workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or a related role.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience building and operating solutions in AWS.
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for production systems.
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including testing, code review, version control, and system design.
• Interest in developer tooling, platform engineering, infrastructure automation, and secure software delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools and GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Experience with artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory, Nexus, or GitHub Packages.
• Experience with security scanning, dependency management, code scanning, or vulnerability remediation workflows.
• Experience partnering with multiple engineering teams and influencing technical adoption.
