Intermediate Architect (Revit)

What you will do

• Assist with conceptual design, planning studies, and project development.
• Prepare permit and construction document sets in Revit.
• Coordinate with consultants, agencies, contractors, and clients.
• Support project management, office administration, and project presentations.
• Assist with construction administration and field coordination.
• Contribute to design discussions, sketching, technical problem-solving, and project development from early design through construction.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• At least 4 years of experience in an architecture office; the role is intended for candidates with 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong Revit proficiency on a PC platform.
• Experience preparing permit and construction document sets.
• Familiarity with California building codes and permitting processes.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, plus strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-family housing projects.
• Construction administration experience.
• Residential or commercial interior architecture and detailing experience.
• Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure.
