Location: Dallas, TX, USA; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Execute all phases of complex architectural projects, including programming, planning, concept development, detailed design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Prepare code analyses, life safety and egress plans, drawings, details, schedules, and specifications for advanced projects.
• Coordinate designs with engineering, construction, estimating, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and apply International Building Code and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead document quality checks, resolve complex code and design challenges, and support project scope, budget, resources, and schedules.
• Mentor architectural staff, deliver technical training, and act as Architect of Record for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture, such as B.Arch, M.Arch, or D.Arch, or an equivalent Canadian or international degree.
• Architectural license in good standing within the home state, with ability to obtain reciprocal licensure through NCARB.
• 15 years of professional experience and relevant architectural, engineering, or construction firm experience.
• Extensive knowledge of International Building Codes, OSHA Regulations, and ADA Standards.
• Experience coordinating and executing cross-disciplinary projects and developing complete construction documents and specifications for complex projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office.

• LEED Accreditation, WELL Certification, or similar sustainability credentials.
• Expertise in R&D labs, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food and nutrition, consumer products, or international projects.
