What you will do

• Lead aviation architecture projects through all design phases and construction administration, delivering scope, schedule, and quality targets.
• Guide design teams on terminal, lounge, baggage systems, support space, and maintenance facility projects.
• Coordinate construction documents with project teams, engineers, consultants, and builders.
• Address aviation-specific airside and landside challenges while ensuring code compliance and constructability.
• Build client relationships, manage expectations, and partner with the Project Manager on schedule, budget, staffing, and risk.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to practice, culture, integration, process, and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant architecture and design experience focused on aviation projects.
• Registered Architect with a current license.
• Experience executing multiple complex projects and understanding building and accessibility codes.
• Competence with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and spoken communication, presentation, client communication, and relationship-development skills.
