Project Manager (Residential & Hospitality)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; nationwide travel is required.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annually, plus a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage communication and interfaces between project teams, clients, and consultants.
• Develop project schedules and manage delivery against established milestones.
• Oversee project billings, collections, profitability, and performance reporting.
• Manage multiple projects according to their scale and complexity.
• Support business development pursuits and help expand residential-market presence.
• Recruit and interview applicants, represent hirify.global at community and conference events, and contribute to internal Core Councils.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant architecture and design experience focused on residential projects.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; some Revit or similar design-software experience is beneficial.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, presentation, client-communication, and relationship-development skills.
• A current Registered Architect license is preferred.
