Architecture Project Manager

Location: Austin, TX, United States; hybrid

Base salary: $98,000–$150,000 annually, plus an annual bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Manage architectural projects from inception through completion across all project phases.
• Lead integrated design and planning objectives while maintaining design quality, technical accuracy, budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, work plans, contracts, and financials.
• Oversee construction administration and review research into products, systems, and construction methods.
• Build relationships with clients, builders, authorities, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary internal teams.
• Serve as Architect of Record and mentor team members through knowledge sharing, training, and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience across all phases of architectural projects.
• Active architecture license in Texas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Knowledge of project business management, including scope, fees, schedules, work plans, and budgets.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Revit.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
