Manager HR - North America Engagement

Location: Chicago, IL — Chicago/Aon Center

New hire base salary: $104,200–$130,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of comprehensive employee engagement strategies.
• Design, implement, and evaluate engagement initiatives for salaried and hourly employees.
• Plan and deliver annual and mid-year employee surveys across the North America Zone, including participation campaigns.
• Analyze survey results, engagement metrics, trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations and provide strategic guidance to HR business partners.
• Partner with HR, Commercial, and Operations stakeholders while managing budgets and resources.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in employee listening, HR business partnering, or analytics.
• Demonstrated data analysis skills and the ability to turn findings into compelling stakeholder narratives.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and execute projects.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
