Clinical Solutions Manager - Informatics (Clinical Data Analytics)

Location: Onsite in the Bronx, New York City, with periodic travel to customer satellite locations throughout the area.

Salary: $101,000–$152,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support field sales efforts for a primary customer through clinical needs assessments, product and procedural training, and customer follow-up.
• Optimize the surgical preference card system and connect clinical practice with products and value-added programs.
• Provide end-user insight for new product development and improvements to existing products and processes.
• Review financial, clinical, and operational data and evidence-based literature to evaluate supplies and new technology.
• Participate in clinical project teams, committees, and cross-functional meetings, communicating account information and clinical perspectives.
• Conduct quality investigations, waste assessments, clinical reviews, and observations to recommend best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Licensed RN or Operating Room Technician.
• At least five years of hospital operating room clinical experience.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City/the Bronx and periodically travel to customer satellite locations.
• Customer relationship-building, clinical consultative communication, business acumen, and experience coordinating professional meetings.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with data analysis.

Nice to have

• MBA or MSN.
• Informatics or clinical data analytics education and/or experience.
