Syndication Analyst (Medical Device Regulatory Data)

Location: Remote - United States; travel may include up to 5% internationally or domestically.

Salary: $83,600–$114,950 per year, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional responses to ad-hoc customer, UDI, and BUDI-DI data requests.
• Collect, cleanse, aggregate, and upload product data for UDI submissions to GUDID, EUDAMED, ANVISA, and other agencies.
• Transmit item-level product information to government agencies and channel partners using internal systems, Excel, and requested formats.
• Create and maintain documentation for internal syndication processes.
• Manage a ServiceNow ticket queue for ad-hoc requests.
• Navigate ERP systems, PDF documents, and spreadsheets with more than 100,000 rows to synthesize regulatory data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and four years of medical device regulatory data experience, or a high school diploma/GED and eight years of relevant experience.
• Two years of SQL experience.
• Four years of Microsoft Excel experience, including VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH and pivot tables.
• Two years of data analysis experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Healthcare or third-party facility entry may require licenses, vaccinations, or other credentials.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in medical device regulatory or data analysis.
• Five years of medical device regulatory or data analysis experience.
• Python, R Studio, and UDI knowledge.
