Clinical Applications Specialist (Medtech)

Location: Remote, covering the Dallas, Texas region; must reside in or near Dallas, Texas. Travel up to 75% within the US, including overnight travel.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Deliver sophisticated product training workshops for Radiometer customers across pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical instrument operations.
• Respond to customer clinical questions and problems through continued education and application support.
• Maintain routine follow-up with current and prospective customers to ensure satisfaction with Radiometer products.
• Collaborate with Sales and Information Technology Solutions teams on installations and product demonstrations.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a hospital or research setting with medical device capital equipment, or a bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of related experience.
• Background in respiratory, laboratory, or a similar clinical field.
• Residence in or near Dallas, Texas, with the ability to travel up to 75% within the US.
• Ability to lift or maneuver up to 40 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• Degree in Medical Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Clinical or Biomedical sciences, Veterinary Medicine, or Research.
• Experience in veterinary medicine, clinical research, critical care medicine, medical device instrumentation, hospital data management systems, or mentoring and education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Microsoft CRM.
