What you will do

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in management or entrepreneurship.
• Connect course concepts and theories with real-world applications, case studies, and experiential learning.
• Collaborate with faculty on curricula, teaching methods, and broader curricular goals.
• Maintain current course content by following industry trends and developments in management and entrepreneurship education.
• Support, mentor, and inspire students while fostering a welcoming and effective learning environment.
• Attend or facilitate classes at the scheduled times, with rare exceptions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, Social Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and teaching skills.
• Ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, and students in a dynamic academic environment.
• This position is not eligible for new sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching undergraduate or graduate business management or entrepreneurship courses.
• Knowledge of human resources, business communications, leadership, negotiation, sustainable business, nonprofit management, or entrepreneurship.
• Ph.D. or DBA in Management or a closely related field.

Culture & Benefits

• Non-tenure-track appointments may be part-time or full-time and vary according to departmental needs and funding.
• Appointments follow an academic-year contract and may begin in the fall or spring semester.
• Benefits eligibility depends on FTE.
• Positions of 0.5 FTE or more are represented by the Associated Faculty of hirify.global; positions below 0.5 FTE are not represented.
