Instructor or Professional Assistant Professor of Real Estate

Location: hirify.global's main campus in Stephenville, Texas. Work is scheduled Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, or according to teaching requirements; teaching may also be assigned at other campus locations or through approved instructional modalities.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver lectures, seminars, and laboratory offerings for undergraduate and graduate students.
• Develop syllabi, select instructional materials, and design exams, quizzes, papers, and other assessments.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and evaluate learning outcomes to improve courses and curricula.
• Use active learning, innovative technologies, and modern pedagogical approaches to support engagement and critical thinking.
• Provide academic guidance, office hours, and mentoring to students.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff and participate in committees, recruitment, faculty mentoring, and other institutional service.

Requirements

• For Instructor rank: a master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a closely related business discipline from an AACSB-accredited or equivalent institution.
• For Professional Assistant Professor rank: a doctorate or terminal degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a closely related business discipline from an AACSB-accredited or equivalent institution.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of the discipline sufficient for graduate-level instruction and the ability to work professionally and collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff.
