Assistant Professor Tenure-Track of Real Estate

Location: Stephenville, Texas, United States; located on hirify.global's main campus. This is a 9-month tenure-track position with Monday–Friday hours, generally 8 AM–5 PM or as teaching and work requirements indicate. Teaching may also be assigned at other campus locations or through approved instructional modalities.

What you will do

• Teach and develop undergraduate and graduate courses in real estate, finance, and related business areas.
• Create syllabi, select instructional materials, design assessments, evaluate student performance, and improve curriculum based on learning outcomes.
• Use active learning, innovative teaching technologies, and collaborative instructional approaches.
• Provide academic guidance, office hours, feedback, and mentoring to undergraduate and graduate students.
• Maintain an active research, scholarship, or creative activity agenda and disseminate original contributions through publications and presentations.
• Participate in departmental and institutional service, committees, recruitment, faculty mentoring, and university operations, including duties as a Campus Security Authority.

Requirements

• Earned doctorate or terminal degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a closely related business discipline from an AACSB-accredited or equivalent accredited institution.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills required.
• Subject-matter knowledge sufficient for graduate-level instruction.
• Ability to teach, conduct research, collaborate professionally, and work effectively with students, staff, and faculty.
• Applicants with degrees earned outside the United States must provide English-translated transcripts and an official credential evaluation.
• Employment is contingent on credential verification and a criminal history investigation; all positions are security-sensitive.
