Global Fund Finance, Vice President - Blackstone Credit & Insurance (Private Equity)

Location: New Jersey, United States

Annual base salary: $150,000–$250,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Oversee quarterly NAV and portfolio reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with operations teams.
• Prepare and review capital calls, distributions, management fees, incentive fees, expense allocations, budgets, and wire payments.
• Maintain and reconcile loan investments and debt financings in Investran against loan-tracking models.
• Prepare fund forecasts, performance estimates, attributions, financial statements, regulatory reporting, and investor communications.
• Review fund legal documents and help build processes and templates for new fund launches.
• Coordinate year-end audits and oversee the work of offshore teams and external administrators.

Requirements

• 10+ years of public accounting or private equity experience, preferably in public accounting and asset management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, financial reporting, fees, allocations, and reconciliations.
• Commitment to high-quality work, strong time management, independence, and initiative.
• CPA certification is preferred.
