Senior Project Engineer (Industrial Storage)

What you will do

• Manage all or part of the engineering scope and execution of project deliverables.
• Direct and coordinate engineering and design discipline leads.
• Lead engineering schedules, budgets, document controls, and staffing plans.
• Establish procedures and review deliverables to ensure compliance with client and project requirements.
• Coordinate communications across engineering disciplines and resolve technical issues.
• Manage project changes and collaborate with clients, project management, procurement, subcontracting, and estimating functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineering Licence in at least one province.
• 10+ years of project engineering experience on large industrial projects.
• Experience with storage tanks and/or pressure vessels and knowledge of API 650, API 620, and ASME Section VIII Divisions 1 and 2.
• Strong written, oral, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and complex multidisciplinary environments.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Experience serving as a Project Engineering Manager.
