Project Engineer (Industrial Engineering)

What you will do

• Coordinate engineering and design discipline leads on assigned projects.
• Lead engineering deliverables, including schedules, budgets, document controls, and staffing plans.
• Establish project procedures and ensure deliverables meet client and engineering requirements.
• Coordinate communication across engineering disciplines and review work with clients, management, and functional leads.
• Identify technical problems, coordinate corrective actions, and manage project changes.
• Maintain focus on the quality of engineering, fabrication, and construction outcomes; may serve as Project Engineering Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of project engineering experience on large industrial projects and 3–5+ years of experience in an engineering discipline.
• Experience with storage tanks and/or pressure vessels and their design codes, including API 650, API 620, and ASME Section VIII Divisions 1 and 2.
• Professional Engineering Licence in at least one Canadian province is preferred.
• Strong written, oral, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and collaboration across the business.

• French language skills.
