Location: U.S. remote; must reside within the assigned geographic territory or within a reasonable distance, with 60%–75% travel likely.
Salary: $146,250–$243,750 annually

What you will do
- Identify, profile, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with hematologic oncology KOLs, oncology nurses, and nursing organizations.
- Execute compliant, on-label KOL engagements, educational programs, conference activities, field visits, and executive encounters.
- Capture customer and KOL feedback on brand strategies, materials, messaging, and programming, including competitive intelligence.
- Support cross-functional planning and execution of regional and national advisory boards and recruit appropriate HCP consultants.
- Develop and train promotional speakers on approved materials, coordinate speaker bureau operations, and monitor program KPIs.
- Lead planning and execution of GPO in-practice programs while collaborating with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, RBDs, ABMs, and MSLs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least four years of experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical work in the same or a related therapeutic area within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Must reside within the assigned territory or within a reasonable distance.
- Ability to travel to meetings, trainings, and programs; 60%–75% travel is likely.
- Strong organizational, communication, planning, relationship-building, and execution skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Oncology, multiple myeloma, infusion product, launch, or marketing experience.
- Leadership, presentation, analytical, and project management experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
